Hotline Support
You have problems with programming the machine, can’t accept
a down time and need a quick solution.
You have problems with DXF files, for example you
can’t open the file and the customer waits already for the
result. You need a quick and professional support.
You install new PC’s, Server, operating systems,
etc. The software has to be installed again, we would like to help
you.
Even if you have a data loss you get a professional
support of our specialists to get your data back, of course only
if you did backups of the important data.
If you use the software „PC-Anywhere“
it is possible for us to solve your problems directly from our office.
You show us your problem and we see your screen and can use your
mouse and keyboard, just like sitting next to you in your office.
Our Hotline is available for you from Monday to Friday
from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
and on Saturday morning under mobile phone.
New software versions
You get at least once a year gratis the newest software versions,
with the newest improvements to work more efficient.
Your machines work normally more than 10 years. The
computer branch changes a lot and quite fast. You often change operating
systems, hardware and software, but you always need an adapted software
to work efficiently. If you have a maintenance contract you will
always get this adapted and improved software.
If you need special solutions for your problem our
support team and developers will try to find a solution for you.
You or your customer have a new CAD version, the DXF
files have changed and you can’t read them in any more. Even
in this case we will solve the problem and create an interface for
you.
You get access to our protected and fast ISDN server
and to the internet maintenance sector with the newest product versions,
service packs, the newest technical manuals, product tips, etc.
Here it is possible for you to inform you in a quick and easy way
and if necessary optimise and update your software.

With a maintenance contract you will always be able to work fast
and efficient, because we will always help you and never let you
alone with your problem.
DXF and DWG interfaces are adapted permanently to
the actual CAD programs. So you can always read and cut your parts.
A new software version with a maintenance contract
is free. If you need a new software version to solve a problem without
a maintenance contract, the software is more expensive than with
maintenance contract. You also get competent help from our Hotline
to solve your problems.
